Built around one honest promise
HARD Rx exists to remove the scheduling and the guesswork from a very old problem. Here is what that means in practice, and who stands behind it.
Why we started here
Most men do not struggle with the mechanics of ED treatment. They struggle with the timing — taking something at eight because of what might happen at ten, then hoping the evening cooperates. We built HARD Rx around a single sublingual tablet that pairs sildenafil with tadalafil, so the window stretches to up to 36 hours instead of a few tightly-timed hours. Less arithmetic, more of the evening left to be spontaneous in.
How the model works
We are a telehealth facilitator, not a pharmacy and not a clinic. When you place an order, an independent, licensed U.S. physician reviews your health questionnaire and decides — on their own medical judgment — whether to write a prescription. If they do, an accredited American pharmacy fills it and ships it in packaging that gives nothing away. If they don't, you are not charged. We never see, influence, or overrule that decision.
Physician-led
Every prescription is written by an independent, licensed U.S. physician after reviewing your questionnaire — never automatic, never a rubber stamp.
Discreet by default
Unmarked packaging, a sleeve with nothing to explain, and no visible pharmacy name on the box.
Nothing locked in
Every plan can be skipped, resized, or cancelled before the next delivery — no retention calls, no hoops.
What we are careful never to say
We won't tell you this guarantees a particular outcome, cures the underlying cause, or works identically for every man — because none of that would be true. It supports the physical response to arousal; it does not manufacture desire, and it doesn't replace a conversation with your own doctor about what's actually causing the problem. If something feels off after your first dose, that conversation matters more than another order.
Who reviews your prescription
Every HARD Rx order is reviewed by an independent physician, licensed to practice in the United States and credentialed through our telehealth partner network. They are not our employees and we do not see or influence their medical decision — they can approve, decline, or ask follow-up questions before deciding either way. If you'd like to verify the credentials of the physician who reviews your specific order, our customer service team can provide that information on request.
Questions about how we operate, who reviews your information, or how prescriptions are issued are always welcome — reach us any time through the contact page.
