Two proven actives. One tablet under the tongue.
HARD Rx pairs sildenafil with tadalafil in a single sublingual dose, so you get the quick start of one and the long reach of the other. Written by an independent licensed U.S. physician and posted to you in a box that says nothing.
Three things that make the difference
Not marketing angles — three decisions about chemistry and delivery, and what each one changes.
Under the tongue, not down the hatch
A swallowed tablet has to get through your stomach and past your liver before any of it reaches circulation. HARD Rx skips that queue entirely by dissolving into the tissue beneath your tongue, which is why 15 minutes is realistic rather than optimistic.
A day and a half of breathing room
The tadalafil half of the tablet is the reason the window stretches to 36 hours. What that buys is not stamina — it is the end of scheduling. Nothing has to be timed, announced, or organised around a pill.
You stop having to pick one
Take sildenafil and you get speed with an early finish. Take tadalafil and you get range with a slow start. Putting both in a single tablet removes the compromise that sends most men back and forth between the two.
What's actually inside the tablet
Every HARD Rx tablet carries two active ingredients in a single sublingual dose — no capsule to swallow, no water needed.
Fast-acting support — the half of the tablet responsible for the 15-minute onset.
Long-lasting support — the half responsible for stretching the window to 36 hours.
Four steps, start to doorstep
No clinic, no queue at the pharmacy counter, and in most states no video call either.
Say how often you want it
Six tablets a month, twelve a month, or a single order with nothing recurring behind it. Takes about a minute and locks you into nothing — the plan can be resized or dropped later.
Fill in the health questionnaire
Roughly five minutes of writing. It covers your heart history, every medication you currently take, allergies, and what has actually been happening. Be blunt about all of it; the physician is hunting for the specific combinations that make this medication unsafe, and they can only see what you write down.
A physician decides
An independent licensed U.S. doctor reads it and either writes the prescription or does not. Their review costs you nothing and is not a rubber stamp — a fair number of men get turned down, and those men are not charged a penny.
It arrives, unmarked
An accredited American pharmacy fills the prescription and ships it. Standard delivery is free and lands in 3–5 business days. Nothing on the outside of the box names the pharmacy, the brand or the contents.
One molecule, or both?
Sildenafil and tadalafil do the same job through the same pathway. Where they part company is timing — and that is the whole reason to combine them.
Sildenafil alone
- Quick to get going
- Window closes early
- Swallowed with water
- Arousal still needed
HARD Rx
- Moving in 15–30 minutes
- Open for up to 36 hours
- Dissolves under the tongue
- Arousal still needed
Tadalafil alone
- Takes its time to build
- Open for up to 36 hours
- Swallowed with water
- Arousal still needed
Getting the spontaneity back
Ask men what actually bothers them and it is rarely the mechanics. It is the arithmetic that creeps in — taking something at eight because of what might happen at ten, and the quiet pressure that arrives with it.
A window that runs most of two days takes the maths out. You are not watching a clock, and neither is anyone else. That is a smaller promise than the category usually makes, and a more honest one.
What men tell us
Notes from customers who ordered HARD Rx and kept it in the rotation.
Experiences differ and nothing here is a promise of any particular outcome. HARD Rx is a prescription medicine, not a fix for whatever is causing the problem underneath. Please read the safety information before you order.

Read this before your first dose
One tablet in any 24 hours — never two, whatever the first one did. HARD Rx must not be combined with nitrates such as nitroglycerin, or with amyl nitrite "poppers", because together they can drop your blood pressure to a dangerous level. Give the reviewing physician a complete list of what you take. Everything, including anything you would rather not write down.
The questions men actually ask
Eight of them, answered plainly in the full FAQ.
What exactly is HARD Rx?
Am I a candidate for it?
Is a prescription part of the price?
How long until it turns up?
How quickly does it work, and for how long?
What if I want to stop?
What might I feel that I would rather not?
Do I have to sit through a video appointment?
Stop planning your evenings around a tablet
